At the alumni association, we ask alumni and faculty/staff members to submit their personal information, which is used for announcing news from the alumni association and/or Keio Academy, as well as for organizing events. The information provided are used solely for activities of the alumni association and Keio Academy, and is not used for any other purposes.

Personal information entered on this website will be handled based on the following policy.
- Personal information provided are used in the activities of the alumni association.
- The country and state of residence are used only when necessary for handling personal information.
- If we need to use your personal information for other purposes, we will confirm you before using it.
- Personal information are handled based on the alumni association website policy.

- Email address
- Country of residence, and state of residence if you reside in the United States of America.
- Years enrolled at Keio Academy
Email addresses that do not comply RFC5321/5322 are not accepted. For example, email addresses that have "." right before "@" and email addresses that contains "." consecutively are not accepted. If you are using such email addresses, please enter another email address.
List of countries is based on a page published by the United States Department of State. List of states is based on a page published by the United States Government. If you cannot find your country/state, please contact an alumni association staff.
